LA is functioning OK with the current situation. Restaurants are doing take-out only.
Thing is: I think many, possibly most restaurants and businesses will go out if business permanently as a result.
YEP...get control of the Millenials...however, I’m of the opinion the geezers and immune compromised should be quarantining themselves from whomever may be a carrier...grandkids, neighbors, store personnel, etc....STAY HOME.

They want him to do that so they can hang everything that results and blame him. There’s no other reason. The press, and leftists, really are total wankers and they have been for decades. Reasonable, peaceable, decent people have known this.

My guess is that it’s “most states” that is their concern. Since they feel that a reduction in interpersonal contact can be beneficial, further reduction would be better still. And of course maybe they don’t believe it’s a problem at all and their motives are 100% sinister.
The rat Governors are trying to force Trump to do this and finish crushing the economy. If he does not and the virus grows (which it will) the MSM will crucify him and if he does the economy will be ruins then MSM will make every effort to give him the blame. This is the trap that has taken three years to set.
One of the best things Trump did was to give the States and local governments the responsibility for their jurisdictions. As one of these, it is difficult every day because we are not closed down, but it’s important. Mohave County, AZ is not like New York or LA, we will not walk into a police state willingly.
