1.9 billion is what the Port Authority brings in the entire year
This is a giant rip off
Who told these states to put all their eggs in one basket? Have they never heard the word diversify?
NO, hell no. You made your bed, sleep in it.
If the Port Authority is seeing less income due to reduce traffic then they should rejoice since that is exactly what the stated policy goals of the Democrat politicians in the area are.
‘NO’ would be the right answer. Get it from your states.
Plus less traffic means less employees
I never understood why public employees are the only employees that can never ever be laid off
"FU" would be the better answear.
“...NO would be the right answer....”
Agree, but let’s fix it a little bit just for emphasis: “not only NO, but HELL NO!” would be the right answer.
of course they do- they are using this viral crisis as a means to shutter everyone in their homes so businesses will fail so that the state can then apply for “Emergency Federal Money” to alleviate the State’s financial Crisis
People like cuomo- praising Trump- are ONLY doing so in order to curry favor with Trump so they can ask for billions in ‘Disaster Relief Moneys”
As soon as they get it- they will once again begin attacking the President-
‘lightman’ was right - FU is the better answer. I don’t get really ornery until after 0200.
Just keep hitting the federal piñata.
Send them Bauers chloroquine
And heeeeerrrre we go.
By the end of this, our debt will be 35 trillion. I truly believe this. Also I see thousand dollar checks to most for next year.
no
Let your democrat Governors pay for it.
THEY shut it down; and besides, the dems love the ChiComs more than their own country anyway, so...
Tough titties.
Yep. It was the Dem Governors, of Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania who are working together as a regional approach to this are basically playing follow the leader. Let them soak in the misery because because not one of them was smart enough to make their own decisions.
Union bailout. Never let a crisis go to waste, especially while everyday working American Citizens are unable to work.
