CDC has not done anything right since this began. Apparently they are not the least bit concerned or engaged in tracking contacts and tracing back to sources as well as potential infected persons. They apparently could screw up a two car funeral.

Years ago I had three people on a flight from Angola that was also occupied by a person with TB. What CDC did back then and how thorough they were in tracking, contacting and testing was amazing to me. Now aren’t doing much at all but maintaining a lousy web site.

I’ve been wondering how much HIPPA privacy statutes hinder contact tracing. Haven’t seen anything intelligent on the subject. My gut is, it’s a big issue.
