Have Democrats found an alternative to Joe Biden and Bernie Sanders for the party’s 2020 presidential nomination?
Some seem to think so: The hashtag #PresidentCuomo — referring to New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo — was trending on social media Saturday as the party’s voters continued to mull who should take on President Trump in November.
Just a day earlier, the hashtag #WhereIsJoe was trending as some wondered why Biden’s national profile seemed to shrink amid the crisis — a situation Biden said he planned to address next week.
The governor’s frequent appearances on television – national as well as local — seemed to be overshadowing Biden and Sanders, the two Democrats whose presidential campaigns have largely stalled since the coronavirus crisis began.
On Friday, Biden – who had all but clinched the party’s nomination before the crisis began, with an impressive string of primary victories over Sanders — announced plans to launch daily coronavirus news briefings of his own.
The announcement came as the hashtag #WhereIsJoe was trending,

When your party’s presumptive nominee has to fear being unceremoniously dumped for random politicians who appear on TV, you may be looking at problem in November.
Cuomo has to trash Trump first. He is hiding his time.

He’s the guy who said there’s no place for Conservatives in his state. Now in his briefings all he’s doing is praising Trump and begging for aid. He only looks good compared to demented Biden.
I wouldn’t care if his ancestors lived next door to mine in Italy and if they came over on the same boat. I wouldn’t vote for this guy with a gun to my head.
He is an embarrassment compared to good men like alito and Scalia and loyal friends to Trump like America’s mayor Giuliani.

Good. Cuomo may help President Trump like Lardass Christie did for Obola’s re-election, hugging Jug-Ears on the beach after Superstorm Sandy.
Interesting enough he's bankrupt his state, was and is in no way able to purchase medical supplies etc. for this crisis so instead he took to TV, which began in demanding Government come to his rescue yet again and bashed Trump.....his tune has changed now.

Since Cuomo has agreed that Trump is the Boss, that Cuomo is actually the governator of a Yuge State and has to step up and lead the State [DaCommieo badly lagging] and that Trump will, in fact, back him up as needed, he looks like Executive Material.
