I don’t know about that but he certainly does not seem to be encouraging employment of the so far VERY EFFECTIVE 6-day Hydroxychloroquine - Azithromycin combination drug treatment. He simply may be moving in overly cautious BUREAUCRATIC TIME and not more bold TRUMP TIME.

Fauci wants to spend an undefined amount of time studying the effects of hydroxychloroquine. As a typical bureaucrat, it takes him months/years/decades to do something that people in the private sector can accomplish in days/weeks/months. The words “urgency” and “speed” are not in his vocabulary.
