Last time we heard about “stimulus” was Obama throwing trillions of dollars (OUR money) down a rat hole and calling it “stimulus”.
Trump should also has no constitutional authority to tell companies they can’t do stock buy-backs. The feds are starting to go a little bit koo-koo.
I do not agree. I think limitation on usage of funds is allowable when the funds are public monies directed by EO or a congressional law.
