It’s troubling to see how quickly disinformation about the government’s response to the coronavirus has spread. Democrats and the mainstream media have willingly spread false information in the hopes of damaging Trump politically before the election in November. Many of these lies were quickly debunked, but that hasn’t stopped the false information from being repeated over and over. The left hopes these lies will continue to spread, but so far it doesn’t seem to be working since Trump’s approval for his handling of the pandemic has gone up. But that doesn’t mean the left will give up their disinformation campaign. To help set the record straight, I’ve compiled the top ten lies that have been spread about Trump’s response to the coronavirus pandemic. There are certainly plenty more, and you are welcome to mention them in the comments.
In early March, the World Health Organization said that 3.4 percent of coronavirus patients had died from the disease. “Globally, about 3.4% of reported COVID-19 (the disease spread by the virus) cases have died,” WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said at a briefing. “By comparison, seasonal flu generally kills far fewer than 1% of those infected.”
Trump said this number was false, as the mortality rate was actually much less because their number didn’t take into account unreported cases. In an interview with Sean Hannity on March 4, Trump challenged WHO’s number. “Well, I think the 3.4% is really a false number,” Trump said in a telephone interview March 4 with Fox News’ Sean Hannity that the actual mortality rate is “way under 1 percent.”
And Trump was right.

They have to do this kind of preemptive strike because they know they’re vulnerable.
When the virus was developing in China back in December and January, (a) China was concealing its spread and suppressing information about the virus by means of threats of intimidation against its own medical profession, and (b) the Democrats were in the heat of their BS impeachment effort against Donald Trump, and the MSM Monica Media was pushing the “impeachment” narrative to the public with all its might.
I’m sure Donald Trump will point this out over and over during the upcoming campaign, among other things he will trumpet.
Speaking of liars, Cory “Spartacus” Booker was on TV yesterday spreading some whoppers. Some of the most anti-Trump hatred I have heard during this crisis.
He accused the President of taking care of his big Corporate friends and screwing small business.

probably more like 100. And all the media colludes together. I love it when Hannity and Rush do their montages of all the news folks using the exact same language (gravitas, etc...). There is no other possible explanation other than they all work together to spread their lies.

The media is purposely obfuscating the great things Trump has done an instead are lying to incite panic. Pelosi and Schumer are adding so much leftist pork into bills they know they won’t pass, Pelosi is tearing up the fabric of America.

Any ‘journalist’ worth the name would say: ‘OK-can you site some particular cases for your statement?’
However -it won’t ever happen that way. So it’s why stupid, loudmouth Liberals get on national TV and make themselves ridiculous with things no Conservative could even DREAM of saying, without risk to his future, career and personal health.
A Conservative making a statement like that would be immediately slammed with a perfect blizzard of challenges to his statement and his very reason for drawing breath on this planet!!

Why would our esteemed media (leftist propagandists) intentionally mislead or outright lie to the people..i can hardly believe it.
The same media who was all over the dossier for being a lie. Or, reporting the President colluding with the Russians was bogus. Or, that the attempted ousting of a President was a farce.
Likewise, look at all the Democrats, who may not have agreed with Trump stood up and shouted “this is wrong”
And how about those Republicans like Romney and Collins who stood behind Trump?
It’s a good thing we spend TRILLIONS on health care.. so we would be prepared for a pandemic like this one,too!
