Color me skeptical. CDC is as Deep State as it gets.

Next thing, coronavirus will be described in terms of a half-life.

They’ll start making bombs out it.

They’ll destroy tanks with it.

UV light kills many viruses. I wonder if it zaps this type of coronavirus. If so, we need to get decontaminating while grooving to some Big Brother & the Holding Company posters.

Must not have been cleaned

Remember the CDC is a research group. That’s all they know. They probably asked the ship owners not to clean so they could gather data.... meaningless data but data

17 days is a maximum.

And consider this statement from the article:

The virus “was identified on a variety of surfaces in cabins of both symptomatic and asymptomatic infected passengers up to 17 days after cabins were vacated on the Diamond Princess but before disinfection procedures had been conducted,” the researchers wrote, adding that the finding doesn’t necessarily mean the virus spread by surface.

Pretty fast study considering it’s the CDC. Is their conclusion based on scientific or “anecdotal” evidence?

It survives but is not pathogenic for 17 days. Meaning people won’t get infected for that long.

I don’t know, someone chime in. Under the right conditions could viruses “replicate”? Like in a sealed off small Cruise ship cabin with HVAC turned off for many days?
