According to a draft of the bill, the relief explicitly excludes those without Social Security numbers from obtaining the one-time cash assistance payments ......and...... will leave out a significant number of undocumented and mixed status families, many of whom file their taxes using Individual Tax Identification Numbers (ITINs).
