I don’t know what you mean. I’m talking about China being the supplier of most drugs - insolin, pain killers, and on and on. I understand 90% of America’s pharmaceuticals come from China. What would happen if the president hammered them more about the China virus? Now is not the time. Easy does it until America has a friendlier source as drug supplier - preferably themselves. Make them in America.

President Trump kicked China’s dictators but in the trade deal it took a little time but he did the same thing ingratiating him and complimenting him. It works if you don’t like it then stop reading but don’t post knee-jerk reactions that cause other freepers to be riled up it is actually very immature. Look back and look at President Trump’s track record over the past 3 years if you are old enough to remember all of that. You know darn well he doesn’t mean any words of what he is saying that is the part that is so insulting that you can’t possibly understand that after three years of watching him do the same thing over and over. Isn’t it kind of amazing that the mainstream media will react the same way that you did?
In technical terms President Trump using this tactic create a dumpster fire for the media to distract them. They will say oh he should have told him that he hates him and he’s the enemy. That just turns all his cards over on the table. The other thing that it does with the Chinese dictator is it keeps him guessing it makes him wonder if he is really that stupid or if he doesn’t understand that he is his enemy. Again he holds several cards close to his vest and he makes people keep guessing that keeps them off balance. If you turn over all your cards and tell people exactly how you feel it makes it too easy for their next step. I hope that makes sense. Trust your leader he has not let us down yet.

Common sense .
You would like to expose a million people to a drug we don’t know works to save an additional couple of thousand? Really pause on that. Linger for a while.
We reacted too quickly and spoiled their plans.
Because if murder/suicide is so rare it only happens in one in a thousand people...your idea is worse than the disease, if that should be true.
This would be once the efficacy is established. The “speculatively-prophylactically” refers to a time prior to when a definite Dx is established, not to guesswork about the drug.

IOW I seriously doubt anyone who knows what they are doing in DC is going to propose. Which is why I have been asking people, “Who do you propose we treat with drugs? And when in the course of the illness? It’s easy to say we need drugs but if so the people who give the drugs have to figure out to whom and when. As I have pointed out, giving drugs to blue people is probably too late so we do know that much.
We can get an idea if these drugs work.. there were plenty of people taking it prior. Are any of them among the seriously ill and dying? Brix knows. I can’t help but notice neither Fauci or Brix has even mentioned drugs in two days. Drugs aren’t going to be relevant for months. Maybe not greatly relevant then.
