I was over on the Corona Virus thread and I was truly shocked with what I was reading. They were accusing people who were worried about their finances and the finances of the country as being (direct quote now) “filthy money changers.” Which I’m telling you is their word for Jew. Not all of them but not one person pushed back on it.
This site needs more mods. I’ve had some of my sarcastic posts removed and I’m ok with that but to keep up filth like that...

When did people on free republic start using curse words to express them selves. Using a * in a curse word does not hide the fact it is a curse word.
Where I live we find it very highly offensive, and a person with that type of mouth would not be invited into my household. We consider people who curse to express themselves uneducated and ignorant.
Every angry Democratic Liberal I have met uses curse words like that. Free Republic is beginning to look a lot like the Democratic Underground with some of those angry post I am seeing.
Let’s not be like the Democrat Underground. Let’s refrain from using curse words, you do not need to resort to curse words to express yourself.

Increase in cases from 3/23 to 3/24 = 886, 3/24 to 3/25 = 2280, 3/25 to 3/26 = 3869, 3/26 to 3/27 = 1467, 3/27 to 3/28 = 761, 3/28 to 3/29 = -4122, But a number of states have not reported final daily numbers yet for 3/29.

Nope. Italy new cases has been bouncing around between 4.8k and 6.5 k new cases a day for 10 days now. There is no trend up for the last 10 days.
The two huge numbers were daily deaths which is a lagging indicator, by probably about 20 days.
I am in SE Florida, waiting for us to be the next hot spot from invading NYers.
Today I did just that, took a walk in the warm sunshine, as I feel a cold coming on. Which is quite scary, since I haven't been out since the beginning of the "15 day to stop the spread", 2 weeks from tomorrow. So if it's just a cold, where'd I catch it, and why could it not be Covid-19? Could it have come from our mail?

My 401K has been decimated I retired early because my 401K was doing so well I could!! I was going to work til I was 70 but went ahead and retired at 66!! It is not just about MY 401K it is about restaurants that will never open again after this, it is about thousands of small mom and pop businesses that will NEVER recover from this!! My heart is so broken to see our grocery stores look like stores in Venezuela, to realize my beloved country is looking at her last days after this no matter what Trump does our nation will never be normal again this has set Trump’s agenda back so far all he can do now is recover from this CREATED hysteria!!!

I know. I was going to start taking my 401K in 5 years time. Now it may be 10. In any case, I’ve got to get it to a safer place if and when it comes back. I can’t go on with this nonsense. Luckily, most of our stores here are being managed very well and I haven’t seen the kind of Venezuela-look you and so many other people describe.
