The dam removal sediment could cover I5 a foot deep including the shoulders from Mexico to Oregon. Our creek is considered impaired... If any haul or skid road on the property slips one (1) cu.yd. I have to report to Water Quality, CalFire, SCCo. Fish&Wildlife. Seems fair to me.
