Instead of just outlawing abortion, let's deal with the underlying decision that allows unborn babies to be murdered with impunity. Pass a law declaring that any unborn baby with a detectable heartbeat to be a legal person whose rights are protected by the Constitution and put in it a clause that states (if I am interpreting the section of the Constitution correctly) that the courts have no authority to judge the constitutionality of the law.

So this new law does not ban abortion, but is instead a trigger law. That means it will ban abortion, with limited exceptions, IF Roe v. Wade is overruled. In other words, Chief Justice Roberts determines if this law goes into effect.

The new law, Senate Bill 174, prohibits abortions with limited exceptions for rape, incest, risks to the mother’s life and fatal fetal deformities.

Do NOT 'allow' these two UNLESS there was a CONVICTION and a Sentence for the perps!!
