Good evening everyone!
Internet here is a bit wacky tonight, hope to see everyone in a bit.
Have a good evening and stay safe!

Bible in a Year:
He predestined us for adoption to sonship through Jesus Christ, in accordance with his pleasure and will.
Thanks for dinner, Dad, I said as I set my napkin on the restaurant table. I was home on a break from college and, after being gone for a while, it felt strange to have my parents pay for me. Youre welcome, Julie, my dad replied, but you dont have to thank me for everything all the time. I know youve been off on your own, but youre still my daughter and a part of the family. I smiled. Thanks, Dad.
In my family, I havent done anything to earn my parents love or what they do for me. But my dads comment reminds me that I havent done anything to deserve to be a part of Gods family either.
In the book of Ephesians, Paul tells his readers that God chose them to be holy and blameless in his sight (1:4), or to stand without blemish before Him (5:2527). But this is only possible through Jesus, in whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of Gods grace (1:7). We dont have to earn Gods grace, forgiveness, or entrance into His family. We simply accept His free gift.
When we turn our lives over to Jesus, we become children of God, which means we receive eternal life and have an inheritance waiting for us in heaven. Praise God for offering such a wonderful gift!
In what ways do you feel or act as if you have to earn Gods love? How can you practice living in the freedom of His love?
Faithful God, thank You for freely giving Your Son so I can be a part of Your family. Help me to honor You in all Youve done for me.
Hi Everybody!
(((HUGS)))
Stationed there. Remote. The front gate was miles away from the main part of the base but close enough to the ‘twin cities’ of Yuba City/Marysville(25,000 pop) so that we were not given remote pay.
Thanks, unique, for the road trippers!

You have my sympathies. Internet issues are no fun! We had no internet most of the weekend and I hope yours isn’t about to go out now.
Good evening, Mayor, and thank you for today’s sustenance for body and soul.
Hope your Monday went well. How’s the plasma cutter?
Stationed there from 1981 - 1987 working with the SR-71. Great assignment and TDYs. The outdoors, especially the hunting and fishing was spectacular. I missed the area from that timeframe.
Good evening, Pro...
This your second “off” week?
Hiya Kathy, yup, into my 2nd furlough week, I’m starting to enjoy it, LOL....but seriously I hope to be ‘back’ the following week, too much idle time for me.
Evening, Lauren — and Kathy! Hope you’re staying well.
Howdy, PRO.
Getting bored yet like I am?
We’re ALL going to be ready to go on road trips by the time this mess is over. LOL
Howdy, Kathy.
Were you able to get your home workspace set up better over the weekend so things are more handy?
Good evening, ML...((HUGS))...has the weather improved.?
Did you and Penny get to go out for a walk and stay dry?
Beautiful and sunny again here today with lots of melting, but low teens overnight.
You know, I'm basically a stay-at-home guy anyway, not much in my life is changing other than the 2 week work furlough.
I am disappointed though that my gun range has shut down.
Our Governor has declared gun stores and ranges non-essential.
My gun store has remained open nonetheless, basically giving the middle-finger to the Governor, which I agree with.
The Governor today doubled-down saying he will go after non-complying businesses....it's about to get real interesting here.
