Ajo is sort of the next point west from Tucson, a perennial hotspot of infiltration. The whiners there probably are half illegals themselves, or married to one. Pay them no mind. The dogs bark, the caravan moves on.

I would say the business’s in Ajo are glad for the increase in business. I was there about two years ago and the town is hanging on pretty good since the mines closed.

Ajo, is not close to the border.

They just have food and such. That Hwy goes to Lukeville and Organ Pipe NM.
