I read an article in state of the nation and the virus had a UNC connection with another Chinese scientist. Who knows. What we do know is that a lot of these viruses come out of China. The real virus that is paralyzing this country is the hype and hysteria. This reaction with the economy and suspension of liberties was the real goal.

I’d like to blame all of it on China and our MSM, but to
be honest, a lot of well meaning people contributed to this
hysteria, right here.
I don’t know what it is, but each times it looks like there
is going to be a big case like this, people start repeating
rumors, gossip, short video clips, and anything else they
can grasp onto, to make things sound as bad as they could
possibly be.
Yes, a lot of these things do come out of China. And you
know, it’s time for that to stop.
They need to clean up their act.
I don’t think it’s necessary for us to have a flu season
every single year, from infections always starting in
Communist China.

I am beginning to think that the heavy handed, economy wrecking response we’ve seen was due to early intelligence assessments that this was indeed a bioweapon. Think back to how badly the spooks overestimated Iraq’s WMD capabilities after Sept. 11. Even if the intelligence agencies were only telling Trump that they could not rule out the possibility, he’d be forced to accept worst case thinking and act accordingly.
