The World Health Organization has been “covering up” for China amid the coronavirus outbreak -- so its leader needs to go, a U.S. senator said Thursday.
Sen. Martha McSally, R-Ariz., called on WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus to step down during an appearance on FOX Business' "Mornings with Maria."
McSally told host Maria Bartiromo that under the leadership of Tedros, 55, an Ethiopian politician who has led the global health entity since 2017, WHO failed to adequately oversee China’s reporting of data related to the coronavirus outbreak, which as of early Friday had sickened more than 1 million people worldwide, with 200,000 recoveries, and killed more than 53,000 people.

He should resign, and that whole agency should be turned upside down and shaken until we find out why exactly we were lied to. And how much did China pay him?
McSalley already lost her first election. Why the Arizona governor picked a known loser to fill a Senate seat simply angers me. He was slippery enough to appoint a placeholder until he was reelected. Now we have to drag McSalley across the finish line.
Maybe there is a McCain curse and that POS is reaching out from Hell.
China and WHO lie about everything.
The WHO is brought and paid for by then Chinese.
The US should get the hell out of WHO.

This is looking more and more like a purposeful attack by the Chicoms.
The Director General is Ethiopian. China owns Ethiopia through debt trapping. China tells him what to say and do. China will eventually own the UN by debt trapping many small countries. They will then do what China tell them.
They can set up shop in Brussels and we can let out the NYC UN headquarters after it's been deloused.

The World Health Organization is part of the UN. Getting out would require leaving the UN. Not necessarily a bad thing but not one Trump or any other president will do. So taking it over would mean taking over the UN. Again, not something that is going to happen.
She lost her first election because a minority of Republicans crossed over to vote for her opponent who out campaigned her. For example, her opponent went to every fire station in the region to meet first responders. That made an impact. See Trump in Wisconsin.
I think it was an attack to save the hideous “face” of Communist China. Well it is going to backfire because no one is going to want to trade with them for a very long time. This is the problem with war, it can backfire on you. Defense is ok, as the Germans and the Japanese learned in WW2, attacking other countries can backfire in a bad way. Looks as though China didn’t learn that lesson then, but will learn that lesson now.
My theory is Ducey said ‘if you don’t challenge Sinema’s (ballot harvested) ‘win’, I will appoint you to fill McCain’s seat until the next election’. So McSally quietly conceded. Arizona, a former bastion of Conservative thought, is in serious trouble, with the influx of illegals and the Dem County Recorders counting the ‘votes’. In Maricopa County, Adrian Fontes said that Tucson (heavily Democrat area, Ruben Gallegos Congressman) doesn’t reject signatures that don’t match’, so we aren’t either (paraphrase)’. But Fontes election to his job was directly after the Republican Maricopa County Recorder had made a mess of the Presidential Preference Poll in March, 2016. She didn’t open enough polling places (on whose advice was that?) causing long waits to vote and the Dems took over ‘counting the votes’ in the most populous county in Arizona. McSally’s seat will be lost as ‘the shiny new thing’ in the form of Mark Kelly looks good on paper. His ads are already running ‘Naval aviator, astronaut, etc’, Kelly will likely win the seat.
