Medical Expert Sees 'Beginning of the End' in Coronavirus Fight with New Treatment Results

That impressive sounding name is apparently just his own private practice, with a particular interest in treating inner city HIV patients.

The staff consists of Smith and Enrique Miguel S. Unson, MD, a graduate of the University of the Philippines.

Not sure why this makes him a “medical expert” unless all MDs are. This is a doctors office and not a research center like the name suggests.

Dr. Smith does not practice in a vacuum, hes likely a diplomate in virology and confers with a community of specialists.

HIV is a virus and he's focused on this virus and others.

So yeah, he's an expert on viruses as opposed to say a cardiologist.

But all doctors share a great cross-section of knowledge and it's not unheard of to hear one doctor of a particular specialization providing insight outside their area to another specialized area of medicine just because they are smart as a whip to begin with.

What's foul about this pandemic is the leftist press. For example, the NY Times posts a story on Dr, Zelenko (at least they did that because I suppose they saw the writing on the wall that HCQ was out of the bag and into the public eye)

And you know this how? In fact, that doctor claimed that he has tested enough of his patients to conclude that the disease is already rampant among the population he treats. I believe he found over 100 confirmed cases, but I’m not sure out of how many.

So now I believe he’s treating everyone older with symptoms and the young who have serious symptoms while sending the young with mild symptoms home to self-isolate and monitor themselves.

To state he has no credibility on Covid-19 is to call him a charlatan with no evidence. Do you have such evidence?

I am a trained scientist and am used to adding to discussions rather than subtracting from discussions. But political discussion seem always too include those who engage their mouths or keyboards before engaging their brains.

And one more thing, everything that happens in your doctor’s office between you and your doctor must go into the record.

That little blurb in the record is a legal marker.

So chances are if you read up on the phenomenal success of HCQ combination treatment and explain you want it for yourself or for those in your guardian care, your doctor is not going to refuse and if they do, you need to think about getting a different doctor.

If your family’s doctor is not providing it, ask them to acquire and prescribe it. If they refuse, they take on LIABILITY.

MDs hate liability.

If the doctor refuses to provide it, ask for a letter confirming that fact or have a friend or family witness the refusal, and ask them to find you a referral where the treatment is dispensed.

Now bear in mind, the FDA approved the treatment only three days ago, so there could be a legitimate reason why your doctor is not yet providing it.

Ask them how soon they can get it.

It may take a week but it’s on the way.

No, I have no problem thinking that Dr. Zelenko said that.

I do have a problem with your assumption that all 699 patients had shortness of breath, however. I did read the original letter and as I recall he made no such assertion. And he certainly didn’t claim that he “was treating hundreds of Covid-19 pneumonia cases where patient’s lungs were filling up with fluid and they couldn’t breathe”, as you wrote.

I’ll spare you the serving of snark you dished out to me.

Most Covid patients go see a physician when they have trouble breathing and they will die if they don't get treatment soon.

Now note that Dr. Zelenko has tested positive for coronavirus. We may not be hearing updates from him but he's a hero, he stood on the front lines and used his tremendous medical knowledge to forge a successful treatment for the pandemic.

Here's the relevant line:

To date, Dr. Zelenko has treated 350 COVID-19 patients using, Hydroxychloroquine 200mg 2x daily, Azithromycin 500mg 1x daily, Zinc Sulfate 220mg 1x daily.

What Norseman doesn't know or won't admit to is that the virus is not Covid-19 and vice versa. SARS-COV-2 is the virus and it causes the disease Covid-19. The disease is the virus attaching to a pneumocyte receptor causing the lung cells, the avioli to fill with fluid, causing shortness of breath. Covid-19 patients die from suffocation, in effect from drowning.

Now note the good doctor saw 350 Covid-19 patients, meaning they all had lung shortness of breath problems.

I know Norseman's type. They make themselves known, stink everything up with bullsh*t snarks, demand to be respected and won't admit to the truth even when it smacks them in the a$$.

Drs. Raoult and Zelenko deserve the Nobel Prize for Medicine.
