I don’t need no stinking “social distancing” guidelines or “stay home” requests because the nervous Nellies have become so paranoid, so anti-social, and so downright hostile that I really don’t want to be around them.
Shopping is a chore to be dreaded and endured.
People cringing and backing up against shelves when you pass them...I’d like to tell them to “get a life” because what they have is mere EXISTENCE.

This panic sure divide personalities in America
A local supermarket chain has put arrows on the floor to try to heard people around the store. My observations today means it just takes logger to shop if you follow the arrows as they will heard you around. Once I ignored it and tried to avoid crowds by making my own route I was out quicker ans in contact with fewer people.
Leftists have posted online begging for one way isle to make them feel safer in my area. I have a feeling the “nervous nellies” who from my experience are mostly gen X and Female are inciting many of these “feel good” policies.
I passed someone in a isle today with a probably 5 feet between us and they practically threw themselves against the shelf. They are so concern about this virus, they skipped hand washing an will wear the same pair of gloves for hours on end, or wear a dust mask. That is all feel good measures. Wash you hands, don’t touch you face. No, that dust mask wont stop the virus it will just make you feel safe, only a properly fitted N95 mask will help.
How soft and self-centered we have become when a store sees folks aren’t taking a few simple precautions and decides to help out - which also protects it’s own staff, who keep the products available...a minor inconvenience, at a time when smart people are limiting contact -— and the crybabies come out of the woodwork...it’s better than the government doing the dictating....because some people are just too stupid/lazy/selfish to take a few simple precautions on their own.
