Our enemies now know a very low tech way to sink a billion dollar warship. I was never in the Navy. In the Army we did have NBC training. Do Carriers,Subs or any other vessels have protocols/systems? Two Carriers were put out of service rather easily as was a Submarine if I remember correctly.
