Is this the Obama number (remember he stopped counting people who left the workforce).
She's living in a bubble. The 10 million is the number of unemployment claims processed. Millions more were filed and are still waiting to be processed.
Most of the unemployed are furloughed and will return to their jobs. But it’s a great opportunity for businesses to be rid of less productive employees without having to fire them...just don’t call them back.
I think throwing down the gauntlet that we will experience a huge wave of deaths during the next two weeks, Trump is setting the stage to start recovery. When (and if) those numbers come in way short, I think Fauci is going to lose a lot of power, and a lot of support and the focus is going to turn.

Is it still your economy, Mr. Obama?
From the woman who headed the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, when the housing bubble was raging in California and she declared there was no housing bubble. Then, later on, the Peter Principle was rewarded by Obama’s elevation of her to the top spot at the Fed. Like Madeline Halfbrite she rose to her level of incompetence.
This is probably the "last straw to break the dragon's back", but the real concern is if Xi and his CCP will go peacefully, or start WW III.
Higher, but much shorter term.
One would hope. It will depend on how much longer this goes on.
One month more.
We'll see. If it goes longer than that then it'll take longer to recover.
