A crew member on the Navy hospital ship sent to NYC to help with the coronavirus pandemic has tested positive for the illness, a report said on Monday night

Thank you NYC for sending non-tested patients to a ship that wasn’t supposed to receive Covid-19 patients. The city is screwed up and can’t get anything right.
FWIW, the service person could have gotten it from an asymptomatic patient there for something else.
So from here on in every single case of this world ending virus will be blared from the mount by the sick liberal media as the effort continues to scare people to death.
Funny how the longer I live the stupider and more gullible people get.
When is the ship going back to VA? It is not needed in NYC.

So, a shorter life means smarter people? ....lol
I’m sure he’s livid....and sorry he ever sent the ships...but he truly had no choice. The NY Hospitals screwed up. I’m p*****, too.

No, a shorter life means happier people.
Ignorance is bliss and we are living in a time where the fruits of past deliberate attempts to dumb down our population starting in our schools is evident. Fearful, unsure, desperate to be told what to do, think and say we have become a society sniveling whining brats.
Those of us who are older can remember how it was and see the damage done by allowing the drip, drip, drip of incremental change to go on for these past 60 yrs or so.
Those born in the 60’s cannot know this and history has in large part been rewritted to keep them from ever learn.ing.

And while they are at it, they’ll be pointing the TV cameras at the worst cases who would have died anyway and ignoring everyone who had an easy recovery.
The hits just keep on coming...
I don’t believe for a minute that this was an accident or a mistake. Everyone knew the rules.
But Cuomo asked if the ship would take Wuhan flu patients yesterday, wth is that about?
Highly unlikely. They reported last week that several patients were taken to the Comfort before the test results came back from the lab. Five of the patients that were transferred from that group were Covid-19 positive.
The crew was under self-quarantine for two-weeks prior to the ship sailing. The only known contact with a Covid-19 patient were the ones sent there by mistake.
So, a shorter life means smarter people?
Obviously that is true. I remember when our kids were teenagers. They knew it all!
A report yesterday on some patients sent to the ship from the Javits Center (where there is a 3,000 bed temporary hospital that is EXTREMELY under utilized), indicated that those Javits patients were not considered Covid-19 patients while at the Javits AND were not given a Covid-19 test while at the Javits. It was only after those Javits patients were already on the Comfort that they were tested, and some were found to be positive. That was a life threatening snafu.
It is possible, but the city actually sent positive COVID patients there, which they were NOT supposed to do.
The whole point was we needed to keep this place clean so the people in the city would have confidence they had a place to go if they were negative but needed treatment.
the city is run by idiots, like the state. There is no wonder why they have such bad numbers, with running their subways packed every day, not keeping people who test isolated before they know the results, and in general encouraging bad behavior, like not even shutting down playgrounds until a couple of days ago.
