If residents in the surf community of Encinitas park near the beach to enjoy their lunch with a nice view, they will receive a citation for violating Newsom’s ‘social distancing’ order.
“Everyone is required to stay home except to get food, care for a relative or friend, get necessary health care, or go to an essential job. 22 people were cited near the beach in Encinitas,” the San Diego Sheriff said. “Complacency is the enemy. Take social distancing more seriously to stop Coronavirus.”
“We’ve gotten to the point where we’ve had to escalate and now we’re doing enforcement,” Lt. Amber Baggs said. “A large group of our deputies and detectives did go out and conduct enforcement for those who are violating the order.”

Betcha not a single one will be issued to the vagrants or homeless.

San Diego has a special court called “Homeless Court” just to deal with the citations and arrests of the homeless. That’s how many they hand out.
I agree. I hate that term. Actually anything with “social” in it, I just can’t stand.
You’ve got that right. I think next time I want to go out and be totally free from police harassment I am going to put on my rattiest dirty clothes, crap in my pants, and make sure I have no ID before I go out the door. The police do not harass the homeless because there’s absolutely no money in it for them.
This situation has exposed the inner dictator in many a democrat politician.
They were always there, but now they have been exposed.
Hopefully, people will remember that come Nov.
For all those running around with their hair on fire over us *losing our rights*, they should look at the bright side and be grateful what has been among us undetected for so long has finally been revealed.
