Gregg Gutfeld proposed making all meals at restaurants tax deductable. His time line was open ended, but I think for at least the next 6 months this would be a great idea. I'd go one step further and suggest that tax deductability for entertainment meals for business purposes be re-stored to the tax code.
Dana Perrino (surprisingly) suggested that instead of hedge funds looking for a bailout just free up the $1T they are sitting on and just lower the capital gains tax rate so that they can pour the money into re-emerging businesses.
A remarkably good "The Five" was from yesterday. They should get these suggestions over to Stephen Moore, Steve Mnuchin, and Larry Kudlow.
