Buy a lot of people are revealing themselves to be chumps in this China flu season.

Yep, they saved us! 2.2M would have died, but now, with the painless steps of stripping our liberty and crashing our economy, only 60k will die.
We should build statues of these heroes.

With the near complete shutdown of the country, 60,000 deaths is still a lot for a single virus, assuming everyone listed as having died by the virus did so as the primary factor.
I guess if they had given a lower estimate in the first place, more people would have middle-fingered the lockdowns. Unfortunately, a precedent has been set whereby our country can be crippled by countries, world organizations, and so-called medical experts who are out of our control.

Wow. From 2.2 million to 60,000. Now that’s a bit of subtraction.

many women of a certain age wear a scarf when they are dressed up to hide the dreaded “turkey neck.”
To: Fishtalk
Her neck is worked big time id rather see scarfs than a chamois

200,000 dead even if we did everything perfectly! Now we are down to 60,000? End this nonsense NOW.
To: Kaslin
Actually it dropped from 250,000 to 60,000 and that is very significant.
