Everything else I’ve heard is that the deaths are over counted.
Considering how much they are trying to take down Trump, I would trust the claims of over counting more than undercounting, especially considering the source.
There are errors in both directions.
Some people died with the virus but also a serious co-morbidity. But some people died of it without being tested, and they won’t be tested because the tests are needed for those still alive!

The problem I have with them is they are LIARS!!! They are counting Flu, Heart Attacks, Kidney disease, Cancer deaths as Cornonavirus deaths...
