“Neocon Nimrata chimes in.”

Bingo

She would appoint Bill Gates as corona czar and let him make policy

She only watches CNN. When the “experts” come on, they switch to their political talking heads.

You have to let them braid the rope. It’s not Trump making the projections, he’s using their numbers. Now they have to explain to America how they got it wrong. The left thought they had him backed into the corner and it looks like he will escape along with a few trillion dollars of stimulus and justification for most of the things he wants to get accomplished his next term.

Trey Gowdy....absolutely. Tough talk. All hat, no cattle. All talk, no action. I don’t listen to Gowdy at all, and I only listen to Linda Graham to keep track of what he’s NOT going to do.

She’s definitely going for president. I don’t trust her - she’d turn on a dime. I don’t see Pence either - unless he can be VP again. I’d love Tom Cotton.

Do away with the briefings altogether.

Not altogether. Maybe every other day or maybe every third day. There is usually interesting info to be had. And limit (altogether?) Fou-Chi. Dr Birx* can stay but she needs to tone it down. Her audience are not scientists.

"Brilliant advice, there is a HUGE difference between treating physicians and these big picture epidemiologists."

Thank you. In the "big picture", I would like to know what exactly is the purpose of the CDC, other than kudos to themselves for their seminars, conferences, meetings, and their own museum. Yes, I Googled - not impressed.

What Fedgov organization is responsible and has ready resources for mitigation of a new mutated virus or bacteria capable of an epidemic or pandemic? Apparently, it's not the CDC since they knew of COVID-19 as far back as November 2019 and did squat.

The Center for Disease Control AND Prevention (CDC) should either be funded for simple mitigation (gloves, masks, hazmat suits, etc.) or disbanded and replaced. They can speculate all they want, but without proper resources, they are close to worthless. They failed us. And no, it's not FEMA's job. So who's is it and why were we so unprepared?

I encourage President Trump to bring on ACTUAL doctors who have ACTUALLY treated coronoa patients and ditch the “experts” who haven’t seen so much as an athlete’s foot patient within the last 30 years.”

YES! Last night on Laura Ingraham, a doc responded to the CDC director dissing Hydroxy, by saying something like, “he’s a beltway guy, he doesn’t treat covid patients. I do. Hundreds of them”

I’ve been watching the briefings and the experts are the ones speaking 30-40% of the time. Trump often asks them to respond to questions that are part of their purview.

I have a somewhat different perspective on how Trump is handling this. In my opinion, he has been quite brilliant in allowing Fauci and Birx to speak. They are showing themselves to be out of touch, and their efforts to defend their beliefs and the models are laughable. another day or two of this and everyone will see the problems with these so-called models of infection rates etc.
This will help to show how ridiculous and unbelievable climate Change models are.
Remember “peak oil”? I mean GTFOH
I am really looking forward to the 2020 election’sI am really looking forward to the 2020 election.
And I’m looking forward to Trump’s second term as well.
And I’m looking forward to Trump’s second term as well.

Actually Gowdy may be worse, he loved to say something good in the morning but later the same day (and in plenty of time for the nightly news) shove a knife in our back. The SOB killed fisagate in the crib with one remark when we still has the House and no doubt under Ryan’s orders.

And as Nickie’s story shows, after letting them speak, and showing that they are fools make them ex-spurts by firing them.

Perhaps Nikki could shut up more instead of playing into the left’s narrative.

Exactly!!!!

"Former U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley encouraged President Trump to allow the top health officials on his coronavirus task force to speak more during the near-daily briefings on the administration's response effort."
FR: Never Accept the Premise of Your Opponent’s Argument

Senator Cotton, arguably the Paul Revere of protecting the country from the spread of 2019-nCoV, has explained that top health officials (aka government bureaucrats) were initially blind guides (my words) at the start of COVID-19 problems, PDJT barring flights from China to US based mainly on his uncommon common sense.

"On January 31, the president announced a ban on entry to foreign travelers who had been in China in the previous two weeks, while allowing Americans and permanent residents to continue to travel back and forth between the two countries. The measure was not as stringent as Cotton’s call for a ban on all commercial flights, but Cotton points out that the president “did not have many advisers encouraging him to shut down travel.” Advisers who were supportive tended to be national-security aides, he adds, while “most of his economic and public-health advisers were ambivalent at best about the travel ban [emphasis added].” — John McCormack, The Senator Who Saw the Coronavirus Coming, National Review, March 31, 2020.

Send "Orange Man Bad" federal and state government Democrats and RINOs home in November!

Supporting PDJT with a new patriot Congress and state government leaders that will promise to fully support his already excellent work for MAGA and stopping COVID-19 will effectively give fast-working Trump a third term in office imo.

MAGA, also KAGA! (Keep America Great Always!)

Trump should have that doctor come in to the press conferences with the ‘experts’ and show the the people what the ‘experts’ are.

Scare mongers with questionable agendas.

Nikki ought to do a bit of thinking and reflection”

You think Nikki is on MAGA’s side and not a secret NeverTrumper? That her comment is mere misunderstanding? Hoo boy, I’ll bet you voted happily for McCain and Romney too, thinking - at the time - that they were on your side.

By the way, are you in the market for a bridge?
