The push for mail in voting is what is making me suspicious, why would that even be a consideration in April ?

Of course it is. You can't have citizens getting together and share the real news that isn't on the 6 corporations that own everything you read and hear to tell the government to go F itself.
It's all about keeping everyone separated.
