They also treat mild walk ins with antiviral HCQ. Recs : Iranian medical council:
1. Mild case - walk in: oseltamivir + hcq
2. Hospitalized but not in icu/not severe: oseltamivir + hcq + lopanivir/ritonavir
3. Severe: oseltamivir + hcq + lopanivir/ritonavir + ribavirin
