If an American has a bank account funds can be directly deposited into it. EVERYTHING in banking is computerized and cross referenced to the gills. Why don't we pay banks to handle the vote?

Why don't we pay banks to handle the vote? Because they wouldn't get paid for doing it
and banks are all about getting paid/making money.
