Trump knows and he said it a week or say previous, I will work with all the governors to discuss a smoothe reopening according to their situation, they are closer and on the front lines in each of their states and know more of what is needed to do this. By the way he said it makes me think this too. They’ll reopen their states just to defy Trump, when actually they’re playing into his hands. I think Trump is deliberately provoking them to reopen.

The "productivity" of American cities is an accounting fiction based on the wide latitude of where you can realize revenue. No America city can feed itself, provide its own electrical power, or dispose of its garbage. Few can produce their own water or dispose of their sewage.
Trump has the DildoCrat leaders boxed in. At this point, they will not attempt to reopen prematurely, and because of their festering stupidity, their cities will be the last areas ready to reopen.
