Zimmerman Prosecutors Deny the Undeniable As Lawsuit Proceeds

George Zimmerman's lawsuit saga is unfolding though the Florida court system in the form of depositions and a powerful but little known tool called "Requests for Admissions."

Under Florida Law, a plaintiff can submit a list of up to 30 questions, each beginning, "Admit that you...." Under penalty of perjury, the defendant must either admit or deny each statement. If the defendant doesn’t bother to answer any of the questions, the court assumes that they are admitted as true.

In the way of background, Zimmerman is charging that Trayvon Martin’s support team, including Martin’s parents and their attorney Benjamin Crump, knowingly substituted an imposter witness for the real “phone witness” in order to secure Zimmerman’s arrest for the 2012 shooting death of Trayvon Martin.

Zimmerman and his attorney Larry Klayman were inspired to launch the suit based on the research of filmmaker Joel Gilbert, as seen in his documentary film and book of the same name, “The Trayvon Hoax: Unmasking the Witness Fraud that Divided America.”

Among the eleven defendants in this case, arguably the most vulnerable are the prosecutors who brought it, former state attorney Angela Corey and former assistant state attorneys Bernie de la Rionda and John Guy. Corey and de la Rionda have both since retired, and Guy is now a sitting Florida judge.

Oct. 3, 2014, at 2:05 p.m.

Conservative legal activist Larry Klayman has submitted what he calls a “deportation petition” against President Barack Obama, asking authorities to begin the process of removing Obama from the country.

Klayman won the first and thus-far only federal court ruling against the National Security Agency’s bulk collection of U.S. phone records in December 2013 and is defending that win before a panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit on Nov. 4.

Well-known for his unconventional style, Klayman likened Obama to King George III during his first courtroom showdown in the NSA case and suggested an insurrection might happen if U.S. District Judge Richard Leon did not rule against the phone program.

Leon ruled in Klayman’s favor, but not before the seasoned litigator – a Reagan administration attorney who became a thorn in the side of the Clinton and Bush administrations – emceed a rally in front of the White House and gave Obama a deadline to resign or face the election of a shadow government.

I never saw them use that procedure on Perry Mason? Guessing he never passed the Florida Bar exam?

I don’t know how Crump et all could try to pass off “Chubby Dumpling” as Trayvon’s real girlfriend and keep a straight face.

Klayman has handled more suits than the Men’s Wearhouse.

Same here! I would like to see Zimmerman get his ‘pound of flesh’. I am afraid Klayman is a weak reed to build that on.

I doubt that the tool is powerful or not well known.

Sure, it’s a hidden little secret that 100,000+ Florida lawyers know nothing about. Like the hidden powers of Apple Cider Vinegar.

That would be strange. When I took the paralegal course, Requests for Admissions was explained, and case law presented where the process yielded a positive result.

Ditto. Destroy them all. They were willing, heck they *tried* to destroy him - all to advance their own standing and careers. Take everything they have and leave them in an 8x10 for life.

BTW, the Davis & Crump who we see widespread nationwide commercials for class action lawsuits is not related to this. The Crump in that firm is Martin Crump.
