I’m not sure of your point, but I’m happy to accommodate: California has 58 counties. Because of the large number of independents, only six counties have a majority of one party, and all are rats. Of the remaining 52,exactly half: (Alpine, Amador, Calaveras, Coulsa, Del Norte, El Dorado, Glenn, Inyo, Kern, Kong’s, Lassen, Madera, Mariposa, Merced, Modoc, Orange,
Placer, plumas, Shasta, Sierra, Sutter, Tehama, Trinity, Tulare, Tuolomne,
And Yuba,) have GOP pluralities. The aggregate population of these counties is 6.4 Million, which I would point out, apropos to my earlier comment, is 50% more than the entire population of your state. So again I’m not sure what your point was, but there are the stats.
