Interestingly, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals yesterday refused to block "medicational abortions" during the pandemic because they claimed "pretextual behavior" on the part of the Texas authorities.
Given "judge" Baker's pretextual behavior when it comes to abortion cases [I'll note that she blocked three anti-abortion bills in July 2019], I'd say this is a case of "politicized justice".
Baker will seize ANY pretext to legislate from the bench.
Unfortunately, we'll have to endure another 25-35 years of this lowlife partisan skank inflicting her Lefty views on her victims.
