She is doing exactly what is expected of a free press in our democracy: posing timely, pertinent questions to those in power on behalf of the American people.
She does no such damn thing. Her only interest is repeatedly posing gotcha questions that have been answered numerous times in order to cast doubt on President’s response to the pandemic. Her questions are as enlightening as a chimp flinging poop.

Her questions are not questions, they are accusations. It’s one of the oldest and most transparent tricks in the book - frame the question and force the subject to deny guilt. It happens so often these days that some people, especially other journalists, mistake it for journalism.

David Gergen appeared on the PBS MacNeil/Lehrer NewsHour in the mid-nineteen eighties as a counterweight to a liberal commentator on political discussions. What a laugh... PBS went into the tank for the left and has ever come out since then into the fresh air. Even PBS nature etc. programs are badly slanted. No government funding should go to the CPB.

When I cover [the White House COVID-19 press briefings] I try to add as much context and fact-checking as possible, Alcindor told NBC talk show host Seth Meyers last week.Covering President Trump, you have to have context, you have to tell people: heres what the facts are. Heres when hes wrong and when hes right.—Alcindor
when has she ever said Trump was right?

just as Alcindor was ramping up to an important questionWhy do they have to "ramp up" to a question? Just ask the *#!@ question instead of editorializing for 10 minutes first.

(The above is not a statement of fact. It is either opinion or satire. Or both.)
