“In the midst of the pandemic and during a stay-at-home mandate, the witness requirement amounts to an unconstitutional burden on the right to vote,”

If the primary is on June 9, and the Governor’s stay at home order is to expire on June 10, the ACLU should be making its argument against the gubner blackface, requiring him to show how significant the state’s need is keep the stay at home order in place past June 8th. Or June 1st when neighboring state is expected to expire at least a month earlier.
