The Roosevelt was forced to retreat to Guam from forward deployment in the Indo Pacific theatre because of a major outbreak. Youd think the media would be all over this with questions about whered the sailors get infected - Vietnam? Whod they come into contact with and where? They were visiting Vietnam in early March and two weeks later the ship was incapacitated from the CCP virus.
Might be a story there, NBC, CBS, ABC - anybody?

Yeah that’s a pretty big deal.
Some high up military guy said that no one better think we’re not prepared and fully capable at this time.
If you have to say it, it made me wonder.
But I’m sure we were more than capable at the time and still are.
But for a second there...I did get a little nervous

Yeah, except, Vietnam has one of the world’s very smallest totals of coronavirus infections, anywhere on the entire planet.
Really.
Even now, the entire country-wide, aggregate, total of all coronavirus infections in the entire country (including 50 foreigners) is now.
Months now into this...
268
With no fatalities.
None.
