Actually this would be most amusing if one is fond of the macabre. It would not be pleasant. In reality due to the most basic PH of the concrete it would eat his skin and activate all his nerves that conduct pain to the brain.
Oddly pain is a function of the the the brain. All pain is just what the body tells the the brain what is going on. The brain then just tells you have a head ache or some crazy son of a bitch just tried to kill you and cut your arm off.

Yeah. No kidding. That was a most bewildering description of being “encased”. Not surprising. Most reporters couldn’t put a corn cob handle on a file.
