I wish Trump would call out the CDC. So far he’s been way too supportive of the health bureaucracies, even though they didn’t protect us from the Chinese virus. Birx and Fauci are in the middle of those bureaucracies, and he still has them right by his side, even though they told us 2.5 million would die
I think Trump is stuck between a rock and a hard place. He wants to re-open the economy and in order to do so needs Fauci and Birx to concur with his timeline.
If he were to call them out now, the media would have a field day and throw into question his timeline to get the country moving again.
I do look for Trump to do a full investigation of the entire Covid-19 crisis. Call out China, the CDC, and others AFTER the country is back on its feet. Fauci and Birx gave him poor counsel in the very beginning and I’m sure he won’t let them get away unscathed.
With CDC handling things, I’m not so sure 2.5 million wouldn’t die...
