Go ahead and we will never shop at your store again. See how that works for you and your employees.
I live over 23 miles ONE WAY from the grocery store I shop at once a month-—Am I going to get DELIVERY???
I doubt it, and I know people who live 2 or 3 times that far from town.
Get my groceries by pickup?
How does that work?
I have to have a cell phone & I shop with a cell phone on an ‘app’ that is overloaded?
I DON’T HAVE A CELL PHONE & I DON”T WANT ONE !!!
How do I pay for such purchases??? Pickup area person will make change from a couple of $100 bills??? I doubt that also.
I buy things with cash or a credit card......NOT with ‘swiping’ a cell phone—or even a debit card.
NOT everyone can do everything electronically.
Get off your tech high horse & get your head on straight.!!!
that’s true for me. F’em
I know of a small market/deli and most days they have TP and paper towels (Paper towels caught me off guard, I never dreamed ‘they’ would figure PT was/is a good substitute for TP...Bet ‘they’ FLUSH it to...)
Anyway he has both items BEHIND the counter and not sure if he restricts how much you can get I only get a couple PTs at a time and I already had a ‘natural’ stock of TP, some which has probably passed it ‘USE BY’ date <: <:

Anyhooo
I have started buying my bread there and will definitely start buying there if he has what I ‘need’.
They have about 3 places and I do know that at one of them on a major highway through here they have a permanent sign...ALL TRAVELERS WELCOME, take a break, restrooms available.
I make it a point to note what establishments have ‘freebies’ on Veterans Day and while I do not take advantage, I do manage to patronize them on other days....
Kroger’s is the largest employer in my tiny berg. Tried the Pick up thing, always something not in order. I don’t like others picking out meat or produce, these 18 yr old’s don’t know wilted, over ripe from just right to last a few days. Going in store is a crap shoot as to what you can find. Who would of thought the frozen Veggie isle would be nearly empty?
