How wrong you are. In many apartment complexes, every single door has eviction notice taped to the door.
Most of the apartment complexes in the Boulder/Denver area are owned by one company and they are extremely aggressive in evictions. The also charge $75 a day late fees. They are just waiting for the courts to reopen then massive numbers of evictions. One legal aid group here expects 350000 families to be evicted once to moratorium is lifted.
My relative just had to leave his place of 9 years after being one week late on rent and a sterling rental history.
Dot indian takeover of rental properties in his area.
There is no grace.
