I think he is trying to save Trump. Trump was duped by Fauci and Birx with bogus data, which was used to destroy the economy. Need to get on top of the messaging now to instill confidence in the consumer that this overreaction was all unnecessary. That will speed up normal consumer behavior the fastest. Otherwise people will not travel, go to public spaces etc. - only if they can be shown how stupid the whole thing was.

He’s not undermining Trump; he’s telling him the truth and is trying to save our country from another Great Depression that WILL happen if America stays shutdown just a few days longer. Have you seen the unemployment application numbers? That’s just the ones that actually made it through the system. Florida’s system crashed so bad the gov had to add 100(!) servers and 1000(!) people to answer the phones, just for that phone number! Half the people wanting to still have not been able to apply yet.
And Florida is not unique. Probably 15% actual unemployed rate right now, more each day. Will easily hit 20% soon. Easily. Oil crashed. Add energy workers to the mix. Bankruptcies just starting. Homes will be lost...
All because foolish people preached the end of the world, and it isn’t happening. And won’t.
See Sweden!!! No draconian lockdown, and their medical system Did. Not. Crash. And ours won’t, either, when the lockdown is lifted. So do it today!!!!!
