These are the “preexisting health conditions” that make COVID-19 much more dangerous if you catch it.
He is said to be battling thyroid problems and that explains his odd weight gain and sudden mood swings.
Also, if the story is true (who knows?) I happened to hear a report that the libertarian author Robert J. Ringer (Looking Out For #1 and Winning through Intimidation) had a long time mysterious fatigue symptom and illness. After a long pursuit by doctors of the reason , it was found his hip replacement surgery had introduced bacteria that invaded him and required a drip antibiotic series of hospital visits until he was finally cured. A surprise diagnosis to all.
So heart surgery could introduce something deadly by accident. Scary.

He’s certainly got several conditions that contribute to morbidity - heart disease, obesity, and maybe diabetes? On the other hand one report said smokers had a lower death rate for some reason. I recall that his porta-potty train was required so that no enemy could obtain samples of his effluent and analyze it, so logically there was a reason other than just paranoia for doing that.
