Clay is pushing the May 15 extension again. Funny how he is not pushing that for Ellis county, which is where he lives...

We should trade Dallas, Austin & Houston to California in exchange for the “State of Jefferson”.

That would balance out things a bit and stave off Texas’ fade to blue

We would need to keep Killeen / Fort Hood and San Antonio for the military bases.

Dallas-Austin-Houston can keep all the liberals.

” Dallas: 2,500 confirmed cases. 60 fatalities.”

.

LBJ Freeway from I-35E to Dallas North Tollway (Dallas County)
Average daily VMT: 1,002,630
Total crashes: 530
Crash rate: 143.19

Central Expressway from LBJ Freeway to I-30 (Dallas County)
Average daily VMT: 2,227,731
Total crashes: 1,230
Crash rate: 151.27

I-45 from I-30 to Lamar (Dallas County)
Average daily VMT: 198,030.45
Total crashes: 117
Crash rate: 161.87

LBJ Freeway from Dallas North Tollway to Central Expressway (Dallas County)
Average daily VMT: 782,686
Total crashes: 479
Crash rate: 167.67

Woodall Rodgers Freeway from Stemmons to Central Expressway (Dallas County)
Average daily VMT: 173,422
Total crashes: 161
Crash rate: 254.35

Those numbers are from 2015

Total is 2,517

If 5% of those include 1 fatality that is double the total CV deaths in Dallas County so far.

Nothing closed for that, in fact they have raised the speed limits since then.

Those numbers are from 2015

We’re getting a great A/B test for policies with Dallas county’s over-reach, because Fort Worth is nowhere near as strict.

It is mostly Clay Jenkins over-reach.

He probably is just posturing for the anti-Trump proglib vote.

Dallas hospitals have plenty of beds. Not in crisis at all, never has been. The overreach is astounding.

And this is one, among many, reasons I made sure that when we bought our house, it was on the Rockwall County side of the road!
