Wisconsin's Republican-led legislature is asking the state Supreme Court to temporarily block enforcement of Democratic Gov. Tony Evers' stay-at-home order, which was recently extended through May.
An emergency petition filed with the court accuses Evers' administration of going beyond the executive branch's statutory powers.

The legislature here hasn’t even bothered to schedule a session to extend the statutory 30 day limit on Governor Fatboy.

We all approved of the initial 15 to 30-day guideline by Trump, which would have ended sometime this week. But NOBODY wants to stay shut down til the end of May and even throughout the summer if these Rat bastard Governors had their way. That's what we and patriots in other states with Rat Governors are protesting about.

Our legislature and Supreme Court is solidly Republican. That's why Evers isn't doing the tyrannical things that other Rat Governors are doing.

The initial 2 to 4 week shut down was supposed to slow the spread and give Enough time for hospitals to prepare. The Democrats, Once again shifted the goal posts To keeping things shut down I feel the virus is somehow stopped.

The state Supreme Court is giving the

until 4 p.m. April 28 to respond to GOP suit over stay-at-home order.
Republicans then have until April 30 to file a response.
Non-parties have until April 29 to file their briefs.
The Commies are hell bent for leather to do as much damage as possible to our ECONOMY so as to make it possible to defeat President Trump in November. This is their ONLY goal.
