Its what the epidemiology folks are saying
Want a different example. Polio and measles ( prior to vaccines) were summer viruses
Please... Have you not heard of AC? Spring break spread wasn't caused by outdoor activities, it was caused by indoor social activities. Likewise Mardi Gras. All the super spreading events (Biogen, Princeton, Albany GA, etc) were indoor events.
You are blowing smoke again. Indonesia's mortality is 3 per million.
With other events happening in the world...
we have to be out of this Wuhan Virus situation or at a point of accepting it and moving on.
It is no longer just about the economy...it is about China and the communist alliances.
Locked up another 35 days!!!! People are not going to go for this, they are already picketing. Riots will come next. People are tired of this crap. Every time you see the politicians talking on TV, ain’t ONE damned one of them wearing a mask and they are all close to each other, forget 6 feet, they are lucky to be 6 inches. I see that from the national and local talkers. I am sick of the term social distancing. I am sick of that social word anyway. It FITS them great. They call it social. JUST ADD the “lism” on it and you have them fixed, socialLISM!
Every day this nonsensical lockout leads to more failed businesses and unemployment. End the lockout now.
How awful! Sunlight and Vitamin D!
If every restriction was removed nationwide today, and a proven vaccine was administered to everyone, it would take a decade for the economy to recover.
It will take a long, long time to recover from this.
But...they were not corona viruses.
Question, and I’m not trying to “bias” one way or the other, I’m just curious about the statistic:
Worldometers presently shows, worldwide:
Coronavirus Cases: 2,864,306
Deaths: 199,505
Recovered: 816,450
Now, I can somewhat understand the very high % of unresolved cases as a combination of both high infectivity, testing still ramping up rapidly, and long illness period(s) / slow recoveries. However, we’ve been at this for a while now, and deaths of confirmed cases are still exceeding recoveries of confirmed cases?
No but SARS was
John Q. Public doesn’t want to wait that long. Deep State wants it to go on forever. Socialists I have talked to want this to be the collapse of capitalism at last. Can’t please everyone, so better please yourself.
That’s what I said yesterday on another thread. Is this worth 1776 the Patriots would have been that wore a long long time ago. They revolted over a shipment of tea. They did not have to endure basically house arrest for months or weeks on end.
There is no way that Trump is going to lose next November. Before Biden student very poor chance of beating him but now after this contrasting Biden’s Perpetual stumbles with Trump’s clear-headed leadership on this Virus issue well it’s like money in the bank.
Biden stood ...
It looks like those numbers say recoveries are 4x deaths. Germany has a really good recovery-to-death ratio. I might go there if I were infected or I might just stay here and assume they have a different way of counting.
“....No later than May 1 Mr. VP....”
Yep. As I posted on another thread: IF this BS doesn’t end by May 1st, it would not be the least bit surprising to see bullets start flying. It’s fixing to get ugly....rreaalll ugly.
The real battle cry though is: “REMEMBER IN NOVEMBER!!!”
Not a single vote for any RAT anywhere from dog catcher on up...none, nada.
Friends don’t let friends vote communist.
No way. I’m also gonna cross the river into Council Bluffs and ...um....double-check that I’m not still registered there. Wouldn’t want the Dems to ...vote for me against my girl Joni Ernst using ballot harvesting.
;-)
It should be: "deaths of confirmed cases are still exceeding 20% of recoveries of confirmed cases"
Agree the “unresolved” is critical factor. The Stanford antibody testing and similar studies throughout US indicate about 5% of US pop has already been exposed. That would be around 16 million or more. CDC current stats show 895,000 cases, or 6% of the number exposed tested positive for virus. Realize they only can get tested if they are symptomatic. So 6% became ill, and of these 50,439 (6% of cases that are ill) have died. That is, for US only, 0.3 percent of all the people exposed died from it. The numbers can change a bit, because dying and reporting death take some days.
