I don’t know about that. Here in Ohio, DeWine (R), has been as authoritarian as most, and the people love it. He has an over 80% approval. The people can’t get enough of being told to lie on the couch and wait for a govt. check.
It’s mind boggling. I think President Trump’s re-election chances hinge on how well the economy does, or doesn’t bounce back. Clearly this is what the Dems are counting on as well.
pretty bleak at this moment (note...only at this moment).
that that little punk dewine could be polling higher than Trump sickens me. but you are correct.
also the soros cheap=by-mail program is, if ramped up, going to be formidable....counting the “votes” is what matters
we live in sort of scary times :(
It’s the economy. Period.
Same here in Oregon, 82% approval rating for the shelter in place, and people don’t want it to open any time soon. It seems that Trump is the one who will pay the price, not the governors.
12 meat processing plants closed 40 Freaking langues, speak English or leave country; fields plowed under, milk dumped, chickens, eggs destroyed, equal higher prices in a depressed economy. Baby formula, diapers rationed, on top of hard to find TP/PAPER TOWELS. Bread short, Frozen veggies/fruit none on shelf. Less will be grown, less raised, equal DEPRESSION for those on low income or SS.
My grocery store Kroger’s looked like a ghost town last week. Even dog food was in short supply I don’t nor can afford 20 lbs for 2 small dogs 12 lb each, who are on measured food as being fat is bad for them. Few boxes of Facial tissue. NO NEXIUM, which is a must for me. Had to drive to next town, pay more for 1 box of 42, that last 1 week. Tricare no longer covers it. 80-100 mg daily, GI DISEASES suck. I spend $100 a month on NEXIUM, as MEDICARE/TRICARE no longer covers it. And OTC SUCKS on EFFICIENCY compared to prescription.
