30 days tops.

I'm sure that works out in your fantasy world. Have you ever done anything to suggest that this might be true? Good choice on the whisky.

Muller conveniently didn't turn in his report until well after the mid-term elections.

He knew both Trump and Flynn were innocent but he never cleared them.

Not only was this a great wrong but it was massive election interference. It helped the Democrats capture the house which they then used to impeach the President on bogus charges.

This should never be forgotten.

Unfortunately, it is practically impossible to go after prosecutors personally due to Supreme Court rulings that grant them almost iron clad immunity, even in cases of clear malicious prosecution. Flynn will never see a dime from the prosecutors. They could be fired or disbarred, but never sued personally.

Sitting next to my wife at our bar sipping 14 year old Scotch, actually.

What brand of Scotch are you drinking? I'm still trying various types.

Thanks. I’ll give it a try. Last new Scotch I tried was Laphroaig.

***This crap has been going on since the day he was sworn in. His allowing it to go on this long is inexcusable***

Food for thought... the issue has repeatedly been raised that Gen. Flynn has been cooperating in investigations. It might be possible that holding the legal prosecution proceedings open is actually protecting Flynn from some legal or even physical harm. Perhaps DoJ has been providing security for Flynn and his son - since AG Barr and his regime took over. Speculation, of course.

I have never been able to forget the fact that FBI agent Pientka, who interviewed Flynn with Peter Strzok, disappeared afterwards and has not positively been seen since. Strange, given the seemingly innocuous nature of his role in things. That is a red alarm for me... reasons remain a mystery.

Gimmee a break!

If the case would have been dropped before the damning evidence against the FBI and Mueller were made public and indictments handed down the liberal media would have field day screaming about the Administration “cover-up”.

Because he is playing the long game. If AG Barr orders the case dropped the Dems get major, non stop, talking points that AG Barr is protecting PDJT and his allies. If, instead, the judge dismisses the case with prejudice after making a scathing ruling detailing all of the illegal and unethical shenanigans of the prosecutors, (Mueller and Weismann), and makes public all the documents related to these shenanigans, it makes it very hard for the MSM/Dems to spin it.

When AG Barr appointed an outside prosecutor to review the Mueller case against Gen. Flynn he already knew there were major legal and ethical problems with it but needed some one to ferret out all the documents to prove it.

I would not be surprised is Sidney Powell is given a position in the FBI to clean it out, maybe even Director.

Sad people are so uninformed all you see is this reactionary ignorance.

Reactionary ignorance.

That's a keeper! Mind if I use it?

I don’t think she’d take anything less than FBI Director. If that happened, all the corrupt FBI officials would resign as soon as she was confirmed.

Some people don’t know how to embrace good news. They want to carp and complain even when the good news is here.

That’s the sad fact of it.

Bottom line it’s AG Barr who took the action to send in a US Attorney from St. Louis in Jim Jensen to review the Gen. Flynn case.

Nothing would be happening now other than a sentencing of Gen. Flynn if AG Barr had not done so.

Go for it. It’s in abundance these days. Everywhere.

Go on Facebook and you’ll see loudmouths putting in writing how little they understand or know much of anything.

President Trump is a saint to be able to take it too.

Director of FBI would be perfect for Powell, but, yea, heads would explode and the sabotage would begin.

At least they can be disbarred, prosecuted and imprisoned though.

Gen. Flynn can write a book and tour America which will greet him as the American hero he is.

If one starts from the assumption that Mueller was mentally incapable of running his investigation and that Andrew
Weissmann was in fact the guy in charge, and that the prosecution of General Flynn is being handled by Weissmann’s minions,
everything begins to fall into place. Andrew Weissmann’s criminal tactics are all over the Flynn prosecution.

By exposing the corrupt prosecution of Flynn, Barr and Durham have not only an opportunity to bring justice to General Flynn, they help build the public narrative of a vast criminal conspiracy that included Andrew Weissmann and his enabler, Rod Rosenstein, James Comey (remember he bragged about setting up Flynn),

.......and Andrew McCabe (who famously said: “First we f*ck Flynn, then we F*ck Trump”)........

And remember, NONE OF THIS HAPPENED WITHOUT THE PRIOR CONSENT AND KNOWLEDGE OF THE BEASTLY OBAMA.
