The entire piece is worth reading. It looks like AG Barr is responsible for ordering exculpatory evidence to be turned over.

AG Barr appointed a guy to review the prosecution back in January (St. Louis’s U.S. attorney Jeff Jensen), who just recently delivered the exculpatory info to Flynn’s team. He said there is more.

Kinda sad when the only reason Gen. Flynn is now winning BECAUSE of AG Barr.
It was AG Barr who appointed Jim Jensen, US Attorney out of St. Louis and put in Timothy Shea as US Attorney for DC.
