I posted this portion of the briefing four days ago:
What's not being said is that President Trump corrected himself about "injection" a few minutes later in the briefing. Here is the part of the briefing where President Trump speaks of "injection." It occurs 25 minutes into the briefing.
Four minutes later in the same briefing, President Trump corrects himself after a question from Jon Karl.
Karl: The President mentioned the idea of a cleaner, like bleach or isopropyl alcohol... there's no scenario where that can be injected into a person, is there?President Trump: It wouldn't be through injection. I was referring to a cleaning, sterilization of an area. Maybe it works, maybe it doesn't work, but it certainly has a big effect if it's on a stationary object.
In order for the "inject Lysol" meme to work, the MSM has to ignore the comments made just four minutes later. Bias by omission is one the major ways that the MSM corrupts the reporting of the news.
I didn't know the part about C-SPAN altering the transcripts, but I did know that the MSM was omitting President Trump's clarifying statements a few minutes later in the same briefing.
Apparently, the story was too good for the MSM to ruin with a fact-check.

Yes, thank you for pushing for the truth.
it is always a battle especially to get the word out.
But I kept arguing with leftists and they kept insisting that Trump said what he did not say.
So I finally figured out that they were quoting to the wrong information.
